Learn and practice interpersonal skills in a supportive, structured environment

Our small group social skills sessions are designed for children and teens. Through guided activities, role-playing, and peer interaction, participants build confidence in areas such as communication, emotional regulation, empathy, and conflict resolution. These groups are especially helpful for youth who struggle with peer relationships, anxiety, or behavior challenges, and offer a safe space to develop meaningful social connections while improving self-awareness and social competence.

Fall Social Skills Groups registration is open!

We offer two groups, one for 8-10 year-olds and one for 5-6 year-olds. Groups are led by Lauren Nelson and Jennifer Irlbacher. Each group meets for 10 session, and the cost is $750 for all 10 sessions.
